About the Role: Renovation Church is searching for a humble, driven leader passionate about helping the next generation know God and make Him known.
We believe investing in kids, middle schoolers, high schoolers, and their families is central to the life of the local church.
Rather than forcing every leader into a one-size-fits-all mold, our ministry structures value distinct giftings. Whether God has wired you as an inspiring biblical communicator, an empowering developer of volunteer teams, or an operational systems builder who keeps ministry running smoothly behind the scenes, we recognize that every one of these gifts is essential to a healthy ministry.
Renovation Church is hiring to meet those specific needs—which may mean finding one leader with the right blend of skills, or bringing on multiple people to complement each other and build a stronger team together.
